Anyone else struggling with exercise?

I used to be very fit but gradually fell off the bandwagon prior to getting preggers... Now I am seriously regretting it, as I am finding it nearly impossible to motivate myself to do any working out whatsoever. I work all day 8-5 and by the time I get home I just want to plop down on the couch. I used to be great with eating healthy too, but now I feel so nauseous all the time, all I want is starch. Blergh!! Please tell me I'm not the only one? I'm seriously starting to think my coworkers are suspecting something since I got fast food for lunch today. Lol. 
Anyone have tips on how to get back on track? I tell myself I don't want to push it because that might jeopardize the health of my little embryo, but that basically ends up in zero motivation to do anything...
