Are you guilty/innocent or going blind?

After putting the LO down for bed every five minutes or so I reach over to touch her hand or foot, I've also been guilty of staring at her little chest to make sure it was still moving in pitch darkness. Whose guilty with me?

If it gets really bad see your Dr for it. My anxiety got so bad one night I was up all night waking my daughter everytime I didn't see her breathing or thought she wasn't breathing. I paid for it the next morning. And I saw my Dr for it. I just had my mental health eval and it turns out I have general anxiety disorder and now I need medication to control it because I cent talk myself down from it anymore. I'm 27 now, I've had it since I was 14/15 yrs old.
