Urgent care or hospital?

My son is almost 3 months old and seems to have a cold. I also want to talk to a doctor about acid reflux because he's been showing many signs of it. Also, last night he was sound asleep and all of the sudden started coughing and gagging, wasn't breathing properly, and then spit up A LOT. after that he was screaming and crying hysterically until he went back to sleep. I wanted to take him to the dr today but forgot they were closed. Should I go to an urgent care or the hospital??
