I took a plan b

I took a plan b yesterday because we ran out of condoms but we wanted to keep going.... no self control lol. Butttt I want to know if I can take a pregnancy test while that pill is in my system or will it give me a false reading? Cus I'm scared I might have been pregnant already.....
