The baby's kicks feel like he is going to come out!

I don't want to be obscene when I say this but my son kicks so hard that it feels as though he is kicking my vagina. It is painful at times and causes down there to feel like it's contracting or sore. There are times his kicks are what feels like in the back near my spine and hurts my butt. I have no idea what he is doing but it's very awkward for me and causes me to squirm from the pain at times. Does anyone else have this? I don't want to seem crazy but it's so hard to explain.
