Officially PUPO! *update*
I transferred one embryo today! ❤️ beta is on 8/29. Same or close to many of you ladies here on glow. It will be a very long week for a few of us!
Embryologist said the embryo looked good and the grading was 5AB. I've been on bed rest all day today and probably tomorrow too.
For those that did transfers, how long were you on bed rest? RE told me 24 hrs but I've read some women stay on bed rest for days. I feel like I've been tippy toeing, afraid any physical exertion will be too much for my body! I didn't even dare picking up my pup today afraid he might be considered heavy lifting (he's 10lbs).

Unfortunately my beta today 8/29 was BFN. I'm devastated beyond belief. There was a glimmer of hope even with all the AF symptoms. Thank you all for the wishes and the support. I immediately thought of how I was going to share the bad news with my Glow girls. I have one embryo left in the freezer and will be giving it a final go next cycle. Praying God will give me the strength to keep going ❤️
