I feel like I'm having TWINS

Just got my BFP 4 days ago which put me at 9dpo.. and I can't shake this feeling I'm having twins, I'm always extremely tired and nauseas but I'm also STARVING all the time!! I need some advice or some relation please and thank you 💜💛
