Inositol - anybody tried it for PCOS?

It's an herbal, supposed to help insulin resistance similar to how Metformin works ...

I took it for a while, didn't really notice a difference. Then I switched to Ovasitol (myo-inositol & d-chiro instead of just myo) and I noticed a huge difference! It helped with a lot of symptoms. It's a bit more expensive but it lasts longer and I would definitely recommend it.

My husband also takes regular myo-inositol and it makes him feel a lot better too. It's also used to treat anxiety and depression.
