So this guy and I have been talking and I like him and I've told him I'm interested in a relationship not just sex but he keeps saying he's an exception and I'm quite certain all he wants is sex how do I potentially change his mind or maybe change mine - advice would be great

RUN AWAY. No guy will ever change. Girl I know it will be hard but you just need to put your foot down and tell him that you do not want sex and if he still tries to push it then he doesn't care what you want, only what he wants and that's what your whole relationship would be based off of. Always put yourself first!

You don't. If all a guy wants is sex, there is nothing you can do to change his mind. He will play you until you give him what he wants, and then he will leave you high and dry. Either find someone who wants the same thing as you, or accept the fact that you will only be fuck buddies.
