Probiotics recommendation please :)
I've had issues with my digestive system for as long as I can remember, but now that I am pregnant it is becoming worse. Bloat, constipation.. Last night we went out to dinner and I may have had a little too much to eat, but it wasn't necessarily a bad meal (Salmon, mashed potatoes, broccolini). But I was hurting so badly later at night, couldn't stand up straight 😥
I am looking for a good probiotic supplement, but there are so many out there, I don't know which one to choose.
Overall I eat heathy, so I know what to do when it comes to nutrition.
