What did your ovarian cyst symptoms look like?

I have the condition mittelschmerz where I have painful ovulation. Last week I thought I was ovulating based on the pain, but it's only gradually gotten worse. I went to urgent care, pregnancy tests were all negative and white blood counts were normal to rule out anything like appendicitis. I couldn't afford an ultrasound at the time so the doctor said to go back only if the pain persists and it definitely has...what did your symptoms feel like when you had s cyst?

I had a baseball sized ovarian cyst removed now 3 years ago. I had just started my period for that cycle and I had been going through the heavy tampons every hour on the hour. I was really sick with mine too... Nauseous, bad cramping, extreme back pain. Everyone is different but I believe those are still really common symptoms. I get them pretty frequently now with me not being on the pill anymore. They mainly pop/go away on their own!
