Negative before AF postive after?

Has anyone had a negative at 12dpo then positive after? 😟😪 only symptoms are lower back ache and frequently needing to go to the toilet :(

This is me right now. 3 days til AF due, testing negative but having back pain also, light cramping and frequent toilet trips. All the same symptoms as when I was pregnant with my first, but I got a vvvfl by this point with my first pregnancy so I’m convinced I’m out this month😭
