Plugged ducts

So I've been having plugged ducts consistently. I try to pump and massage with hot compress every 2 hours. I run a fever so i think it turns into slight mastitis. So painful!  Everytime I pump I get so many huge milk fat globs! No wonder I keep getting clogged. But now my milk supply is decreasing :( I pump like 2 ounces total every 2 hours. I need help! What should I do? I bought formula just in case I don't keep producing enough. I already used up my felt freezer stash :( help!
