Why view my post and not comment😢

When your looking for some reassurance or advice and you get like 114 views and not a single comment? Surely someone can relate to your situation or offer some reassurance. Does this happen to anyone else? 😭 I bet no one will even comment!

If I don't have any advice or answers, I'm not commenting. I'd rather have 1000 views and 1 comment with a correct answer than 10 views and 9 comments with wrong answers or answers that do not answer the question.

Try to make your question into a poll. I've noticed that more people respond to polls then commenting their thoughts/answer.

I'll get 300+ views sometimes with maybe 2 comments. Sometimes my questions need a straight answer so if someone answers it then I can see why other people don't comment.

Sometimes I will open a post and then notice that it is more like a novel so I close it out right away. Sometimes I'm not in the mood to read a long post. When I make a post I don't even look at the number of views

Sometimes, you really just can't help. If someone is asking for advice on say a 2 year old, I wouldn't help because I don't have one. But, I might be curious of what others have to say just in case I come across the same problem when my baby is that age.

Ugh I feel the same way! But I've seen some questions without answers and I also don't have an answer do I also kind of get it. It's frustrating though

It depends on the post. I read several so I can learn from it myself without commenting and other times I do not comment because my advise may be unorthodox.  Sometimes it also depends on the time of day the post is made.  Don't sweat it. There's always Google. And trust the "community" will let you know if you are way off base about something.

Well if people write a lot, you have to view the post to see what it's about and to be able to read it all. Sometimes I click to see if anyone responded because I might have the same question or issue. And sometimes, people just don't have an answer.
