Lifestyle Change with PCOS
Tomorrow I will start going to the gym, ALONE. I've decided that it's best if I just focus on it myself and not depend on a gym buddy. I've been TTC since December 2015, one miscarriage so far. It is quite devastating to have negative tests every month even though I continue to say "this is my month! I just know it"
Therefore I am going to start my LOW carb diet as well as exercising. Last time I did a Low carb diet It really helped. I've done lots of dieting. Counting calories and everything. Nothing helped. Then my OBGYN told me to do a low carb bc of my PCOS. For you ladies who didn't know this... Start a low carb diet instead of any other diet. You won't be disappointed. I believe I lost 30 lbs in 3 Months. And for me losing weight is very hard, stupid PCOS!
So, I am ready to change myself for my future career of being an elem teacher and with my future life as a mother. Because being a mother is all I want in life!
Anyone have any tips on losing weight with PCOS?! Please share.
