Having cramps

I don't like to be one of those people who always ask am I pregnant? I know you guys don't know. But when you got your bfp were you crampy at all? I've been cramping since ovulation (6 dpo right now) and last night I got bad back pains. And tonight I just feel a lot of pressure in my uterus area also this morning I threw up.

So my question:

Are my chances good? Did you have any similar symptoms?
