Confused!

So my AF was suppose to come today but there are no signs of her. I went 2 days ago to do a blood test but it came back negative but I still have all my pregnancy symptoms: hard tender boobs, nausea, cravings, creamy discharge (sorry tmi), heightened smell, fatigued more than usual, emotional, moody. I have a digital test I want to take in the morning but I don't want to waste it, has anyone gone through this and ended up being pregnant?
