Stopping my birth control after 11 years
I am getting off my birth control after taking it for over 11 years and I am a little nervous. I was supposed to start a new pack last Sunday, so I am a week into no pills and I noticed a little spotting today. I am a little nervous about what to expect. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks!
