Advice?
I am still EBF my daughter. Yesterday I got my first period since having her in February. :( UGH!!! It was a nice break! I was wondering what I can do so my milk supply doesn't take a huge hit from it. Also what birth control would be best in not lowering my supply as well. Thank you in advance.
