I am in the worst pain ever and don't know what to do. My LO is 2 and a half weeks old and for the past week and a half I've had mastitis so badly. It started in the right breast then got a tad better then went to the left breast. I've been to the dr and taking antibiotics but it's still getting worse and worse. I can't even let my baby nurse from me because just touch my breast makes me cry in pain so I have to pump which isn't as painful but still brings tears to my eyes. To top it off he's a puker and for the past day every time he's ate he's puked almost all of it. So i gave him some formula and he has slept longer then his normal 2 hrs and hasn't puked. I'm going to the dr again tomorrow for the 4th time but I'm torn between switching him to formula for good or just gut threw and continue breastfeeding. I pump everytime he eats to try to stay up.with production but it's going down instead of up.
