What would you do?! Please help!

I have this extremely sweet smell coming from my vagina. It smells like frosting. Very potent. I'm not leaking. I asked earlier what it could be but didn't really get any answers. So instead I'll ask, if it were you, what would you do? I'm 37 weeks. 2-3 cm dilated. 40% effaced.
