Husband's sperm

My husband and I want to conceive within the next year and we went to a doctor to have his sperm tested and the report came back not so good. His sperm count is normal but his sperm have bent tails....So they tend to swim in a circle lol some are morphed etc. Any advice? Is this a bad sign, anyone dealt with this and still have gotten pregnant? Thanks guys.
