Need to vent

OK hang with me for a minute. So been with my fiancé for five years in February 2017   Don't really know how to explain it sometimes I don't feel like it's working out emotionally and sexually smh I love him I care about him I DK if it's because were spending too much time together he doesn't work we're always together what do you all think any suggestions or ideas advise
