HELP PLEASE I BEG

spotting before ovulation is that normal!? Im not supposed to ovulate until like 2 days from now and i had really bad cramps when i woke up i am terrified why did had spotting!? What does this mean ive been having my periods since the last time i had intercourse(which was May) also i took plan b the next day and been having my periods everysingle month but anyways why was i spotting 2 days before ovulation!?? Please help im so so so scared! Xoxo
