TMI POST - period ? blood in semen ?

The other night my bf and I had sex and he said that he may have cum in me. After using the bathroom I noticed blood & what I'm assuming was one cum in the toilet. I'm now lost on whether or not the cum was related to me or him (my menstrual ended 3 days ago but we're into rough sex, so idk if we got out of hand) or if he may have Haematospermia (a blood in semen condition). I'm already scheduled to see my GYN tonorrow to find out more about what's going on. Any input would be appreciated.
