Overdue Mom

Ok so I know these questions get asked a lot but I'm taking a nice bath and have some free time.

Went for a midwife appointment this morning, I'm 40+4 weeks. I'm 2-3 cm dilated, 85% effaced, she swept my membranes. I had a non stress test and biophysical ultrasound done, perfect scores on those.

What should I expect from the membrane sweep and will I know when contractions start? During the non stress test I was having them every 4-6 minutes but I couldn't feel them so I'm a little confused on that.
