Depo shot help please

So I've been on the depo shot just over a year and I've been bleeding for about 3 weeks now and had cramps aswell when I'm not due for a shot till the 1st September. Has anyone had this. I am sexually active and havnt been using condoms in a while and yes I know the risk of not using them. Any advise is really appreciated.
