How many different formulas did you have to try?

My LO is almost 3 weeks old were switching to formula we started yesterday and he's been fussy and not sleeping well since. Should I keep trying it or switch? He's doing Enfamil infant.

This is what my daughter is on and has been since she was a week old. Long story short I was in the hospital and almost went in to shock and almost died over endemetritis.. So I lost my milk supply. But I know it says Toddler formula, I called the company and they really just put that on there because they want to encourage mothers to breastfeed. It is totally safe for your LO. I would encourage you to maybe try some gas drops as well, that's what my daughter has.. I'll post another comment with the picture.. I hope it helps you, it's just something to try.

Keep trying! He needs to get use to the formula it is a lot different than breast milk and can take some getting use to. Can cause some constipation to but that's formula for ya. Keep changing it will make it harder for him

it can be really hard on their system to switch up too quickly.. it's best to transition slowly.

we started with similac for supplementation, he did fine. 
transitioned to enfamil because it was more affordable to me . he became much more  grumpy and gassier than before.

slowly switched to earths best because I thought it would be healthier for him. (for less than a week - he got horribly constipated and was in so much pain I couldn't help but take him off quickly)

finally back to similac, the sensitive formula. it works the best for him by far. should have never switched in the first place !

It is so bad to keep switching formulas in such a short time. You need to give it a few days to a week before switching. Baby will be gassier and fussier and probably constipated as formulas have different components than breast milk and each formula is a little bit different.

These are the gas drops. My daughter was the same as your LO, fussy and not sleeping well and this made a total difference. I stop my daughter pretty frequently to burp (a lot of times when she pauses for a minute to breathe).. & between that and the gas drops she is a much happier baby and sleeps through the night. I hope this helps your LO if you decide to try it!
