5:2 lifestyle diet, tell me about your success

Before and after pics are also welcome. This appeals to me because once I did something similar except I ate low calorie every day and skipped two dinners a week. (Side note: I'm lol'ing because dinner autocorrected to sinners, then it autocorrected to slobbers.. Lol Wut) Anyway, this diet you would only have to track calories two days a week and keep it at 500. I love the idea of no tracking just mindful eating on off days. Anyway, share your story here please! No criticism please, fasting is the only thing that has ever given me consistent weight loss without me blowing the whole diet. Counting low calorie daily is unrealistic for me.
