Pregnant by my best guy friend...his ex is pregnant too...

My best guy friend and I both got single at the same time. We started hanging out more and one thing led to another and we started having sex. Then he found out his ex is pregnant. A week later we found out I'm pregnant.....mess of a situation...not sure what to do...
