Membrane sweep?

I'm getting a membrane sweep on Thursday. How successful was yours?

Had mine done yesterday morning, started having contractions about 10 minutes apart around 7pm... Then I went to bed and woke up a million times. But now in the morning, they're like 20-30 minutes apart :/ I'm 2 days past due!

With my 1st I had it done at my 40 week appointment & had baby less than 24 hours later. 
I literally just had one today at my 40 week for baby #2 & fingers crossed we get the same result!

Got it August 11, contractions started August 12, gave birth August 13 in the morning. Was 5 days overdue. I would say it's worth a try!

Had one done last Wednesday, lost copious amounts of mucus plug but no contractions. Still pregnant today 😔

I had my sweep on Monday, was 50% thinned out and 1cm dilated had little pains straight away but didn't have any shows until yesterday (Tuesday) then had contractions was very bearable but strong then early hours this morning ain't slept a wink contractions have been mega strong ... I finally gave in and went to the hospital just after six this morning to find out I'm 3cm dilated but obviously need to be 4 to be established labour and to even stay in hospital so preying they'll keep up and I can eventually go back down and may have pain relief if needed. This is my second baby and they say it's easier on your second but this is just like dejavi with my first, had a terrible time of it. Hoping someone can reassure me and see how they are getting on with the pains etc.

Last week on 8/17 I had a sweep at 1 cm and 80% effaced. Had lots of contractions after and then nothing.. Had another yesterday and barely had any contractions after. Still no baby :-/

I had it done at 1030 on the 22 and all night and now early morning the 23 I've been having crazy contractions. I was 3cm at my appt and like 80% effaced. Everything I read says if it'll work it'll happen within 48 hours.

I Was 40+3 yesterday and had a membrane sweep can't remember it being that rough or painful on my first! Apparently I'm 50% thinned out and 1cm dilated but wasn't expecting that as ain't really had any proper signs. Have had a little jelly show since but no blood in it ... Apparently hasn't got to be, and I've been having contractions/tightenings early hours of this morning anything from 10-20 mins apart lasting a few seconds but some stronger than others. Just hoping il dilate quicker but no way of telling ourselves is there? So anxious and scares this time as know what to expect 🙈
