Anxiety is Awful...

Everytime I have to pee I get cramps and I'm always terrified that I am going to find blood... I have never had an mc and this is my first pregnancy but I am constantly in fear that it is going to happen to me and I freak myself out 😭 I'm afraid to tell my hubby so I just needed to vent here. Is it normal to cramp when you have to pee while pregnant ?
