HELP!!!

avana • Mon, Aug 22 • hi I`m 26yrs old with 2 boys and one girl and now finding out were having twins :) I`ve been happily married for 3 yrs and together for 8yrs

I'm currently almost 29 weeks and just got sick I think it's a bad cold. my throat hurts so bad,I'm coughing roughly, my ears hurt,etc what can we take or what has helped you??please lmk!!
