My friend tried for a yr after having a blighted ovum and after a yr with no success she got some Geritol (they say there is a baby in every bottle) nasty tasting stuff but she got pregnant the first month using it and is 14 weeks along now.

In general, a fertile couple has a good chance of getting pregnant within a year, as out of 100 couples trying to conceive naturally: 20 will conceive within one month. 70 will conceive within six months. 85 will conceive within one year. I hope this helps babe don't be disheartened it took three months with our 1st and were on our fifth cycle ttc2 AF due this week is she's shows into the 6th month we go try not to stress if u can it will happen and if it's been a year and still nothing then go to your doctor xx
