This is our first month ttc for baby number 2 , we got pregnant with out dd first month so I'm hoping this time will go the same way. I'm probably 7 dpo at the latest and have incredibly sore nipples and have had dull heavy feeling cramping all day. Trying to hold out to test but I really feel like I'm pregnant. The sore boobs were my first sign last time but I never got his cramping :/ hoping it's a good sign ! I still have lotion cm also. Anyone else have these signs? I had a bfp at 8dpo with my daughter so maybe tomorrow something will show up. Trying not to get my hopes up :/
