well yesterday was my birthday... I went for a massage at a place. I was gunna pay for a full body massage so i did that. after the massage shes like you may be sore a day or 2 after this... but im hurtin so bad right now. my shoulders hurt so bad and my back hurts.....😫 idk if it's supposed to hurt so bad or what ? can i tell them something or what should i do??.. i been stretching it out and it still hurts... 😖
