Has anyone gotten pregnant whilst on the shot/depo

I'm just asking out of curiosity as I know no birth control is 100% however the shot is easier than taking the pill for example. I only want people to answer if they have been having it at the right time and not later than needed! Also it's whilst you were on it not after please!!
