I need help or advice. Okay so last month I was 3 days late for my period I'm never late always on time. When I got my period it was spotting but when I walked the blood flow increased. Then it started to lighten up again . My period was only 3 days instead of 5. So I took 2 pregnancy tests and both negative I had all the symptoms of pregnancy from sore breasts to feeling sick to mood swings, cravings and feeling very tired. So I waited around for my next period well it's not due until tomorrow but on the 18th I started spotting only when wiping. I used a panty liner and it didn't even fill up half the liner. By the 21st it had completely stopped until later that afternoon it came back again. But still the same thing only light bleeding. I went to the doctors today and I took a pregnancy test but it came back negative. I don't know if this is implantation bleeding or not. I need help I'm going back to the doctor next month for a physical but I woukd like some advice
