Nexoplan .. can I get pregnant ??

I been on the implant for 2 years already ,got it right after having my daughter every month I get my period last time I got my period was in July 15 it's August 22 and no signs of period but I do have this feeling on my breast that I have only felt when I was breast feeding my daughter my breast feel heavy and sensitive like if im lactating I have never felt this while being on the implant I don't have other pregnancy symptoms even when I was pregnant with my daughter I didn't have any symptoms I just knew I was pregnant since I was a week late on my period has any one gotten pregnant on the implant ??
