Close to Positive OPK?

I'm on CD 17, second round of Clomid, last cycle I O'd on CD 16 with a very dark positive opk. This cycle I seem to have gotten a bad batch of OPKs, some are completely faulty & most others take ages for the dye to settle.

I took this opk just now, the streakier picture (tile background) is after 4 minutes, the clearer one (wood background) is after 7. Both lines are Almost the same color, but they're fainter than last month. Based on these, does it seem like I'll ovulate tonight, tomorrow, or the next day?
