Cramps?

Is it normal to get cramps in your first trimester? I had a miscarriage in February but I didn't get cramps until after I miscarried. I'm still really early, only 4 weeks 5 days but I'm so nervous that things will go wrong again.

With my first I had cramps nearly the entire first trimester. Felt like my period was going to start any day but it never did. That's what made me finally test at 5 weeks pregnant. With my second it was the first sign I had. That and extreme exhaustion. I cramped only up to 5-6 weeks this time around. It's very common early symptom of pregnancy. As long as they aren't sever and you aren't bleeding.

Your body responds to changes in the uterus by cramping. It's super normal- as long as there's no blood. My worst cramps were from 4-8 weeks. So bad I used a heating pad (don't do that)

I'm cramping and almost 6 weeks.  I think for me is muscle tightness.  Thinking more yoga...
