I'm am so sick of getting yeast infections/vaginal thrush! Seriously I get them every 2-3 months and I HATE it! It's so irritating and painful and the tablet is so expensive! I don't understand because I eat a perfectly healthy diet (high raw vegan) and I keep my down there clean and shaved and use all natural soaps and body washes, I drink water and eat lots of fruit... I don't understand! Help!!
