My back is killing me anyone else?

I lay on a heating pad and take warm Epsom salt baths. My husband helps out and rubs it when he can. 😊 also stretches and laying in certain positions helps too.

I have had some back and hip pain. I have increased my chiropractor visits to once every 2 weeks and find that really helps
