So, I have one child now he is a boy and with this pregnancy we found out that it's a girl. We are beyond excited. However everyone keeps telling me "have a baby shower" or "invite me to the baby shower" or "you should have one because it's a girl". I'm not against having a baby shower but honestly I don't have the money to throw one I rather spend what we do have and get her the stuff she needs rather than hope we get it as presents and both sides of the family are going through some financial difficulties and can't do one for us (not that I'm asking them to) but I'm so annoyed because people ask me about a shower I explain to them I'm not having one and they still insist and try to talk me into having one. Like are you going to help me throw a baby shower? No! Okay then sit down!
