Did your cycle change after your first time having sex?

Question

I've always had a normal cycle, lasts 7 days, never late, no spotting, etc. About two months ago I had sex for the first time and since then my cycles been off. The first cycle after I was spotting for a few days beyond my normal period, and for my second one it came later than usual but still lasted 7 days. I know I'm not pregnant but was just curious if anyone else noticed a change when they first started having sex.

This has been my first period since starting to have sex & my periods are already light because of my bc but this time it was even lighter like half as light. & it's extremely dark & not blood like at all, idk why

First time I had sex I got my period the next day! It had already came that month and I was shocked
