What is your opinion on 13 and 14's getting pregnant? Do you support them or do you neglect them for having sex at such a young age??

Because this girl I grew up with, (I'm 15 and she turned 14 in January) and she got pregnant at the age of 13. And she slept with at least 20+ guys. and she still doesn't know who the baby father is.
