Which pain was more intense for you?

Iv been reading alot of stories and by the looks of things many mums have had a joyful birth but couldnt stand the contractions and vice versa... Just a general question for the mums :)

Contractions but that's cause I had back labor. And let me tell you, I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy; it was so bad. Got an epidural as soon as I got to 4cm and was able to and didn't feel a damn thing after that. So birth pains were nonexistent for me hahaha

Contractions..... Then 3 days later was the breast engorgement..... Worst than labour

Contractions sucked. I only cried from 8-9cm though. (All natural vaginal no pain meds). Pushing felt better than that. And PP pains were nothing to me. Like a long period. I much preferred being PP to being pregnant lol pregnancy sucks!

I feel like during labor I was caught up in the moment and the pain wasn't really memorable.  However, the postpartum uterine cramps were terrible for me.

Aren't contractions part of birth pains? Sorry I just would love to know the difference if I'm wrong! (Never had birth here, so I can't vote either way!)

My contractions were horrible. My Dr ended up giving me an epidural at 3cm dilated
