I am 9 weeks and 1 day I am expecting a march baby. This will be my rainbow baby I had 2 previous miscarriages before I was diagnosed with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I heard the heartbeat last week and it was 189 Dr said it was nice and strong. I am high risk I have had no cramps and no bleeding so far. I am so paranoid everyday because I really want everything to go well. I don't have another ultrasound until 12 weeks that's along time for me.
