when should I take the pill when you're overseas?
So I live in Sydney and I'm going to Thailand for 2 months and I was wondering how should I take the pill? Like I normally take my pill around 4pm (Sydney time) everyday but it's 4 hours difference in Sydney and Thailand times
So should I just take the pill 4pm in Australia time or 4pm Thailand time?
