Headaches & Essential Oils
I seem to get really bad headaches- almost migraines at least once a week that last over a day. I've been taking Tylenol but it doesn't seem to help much.
I do have a stash of essential oils but haven't used any since finding out im expecting.
Has anyone used essential oils, especially to aid in headaches and what type, if so?
